Paid plans are billed securely through Stripe. Picklett never sees or stores your full card details.
Your plan, monthly allowance and usage are already live in the product and are shown on your Account page.
Monthly recommendation limits are shared across all Product Finders in your account.
Prices shown here match the pricing page. Growth adds product importing, advanced analytics, removal of Picklett branding, design customisation and shopper insights. Pro adds multiple websites and priority support.
A recommendation is counted when a shopper completes your Product Finder and reaches their personalized results. Simply opening or starting a Finder does not count.
Allowances are counted once per completed shopper session using a unique session identifier, so a shopper reloading their results does not consume extra allowance. Counts reset at the start of each monthly billing period (the calendar month on the Free plan); historical analytics are not deleted by the reset.
You will see notices in the product as you pass 50%, 80% and 100% of your monthly allowance. When the allowance is reached, published finders show shoppers a neutral message instead of new recommendations, and no billing or plan information is shown to shoppers.
Free is $0 and needs no card. Growth and Pro include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. A payment method is required to start a paid-plan trial, and no charge is taken during it.
When the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at $39/month (Growth) or $79/month (Pro) unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged and the account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends. Nothing you built is deleted.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel. No further payment is taken once a cancellation has taken effect.
An upgrade takes effect immediately and raises your monthly allowance and feature access straight away.
A downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. A downgrade does not produce a refund or credit for the remainder of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page.
If you also want your data removed, that is a separate request — see the Account page or Your Privacy Choices.
Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Picklett does not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused subscription time, accidental purchases, failure to use the service, or cancellation after a subscription payment has been processed.
Picklett does not offer prorated refunds, partial refunds, automatic credits for unused subscription time, or a money-back guarantee. Where a mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a refund right, that law applies and nothing here limits it.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and will contact you at your account email address. If it remains unpaid, paid features and the higher allowance may be suspended and the account may move to the Free plan. Your content is not deleted because of a failed payment.
Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST or similar charges may be added based on your billing location, and you are responsible for them.
We may change plan prices or allowances. We will give notice before a change applies to an existing paid subscription, and it will take effect no earlier than your next renewal so you can cancel first if you prefer.
Picklett never charges automatic overage fees for exceeding a recommendation allowance. Billing questions can be sent to contact@picklett.com.
